Manna Inc. is a nonprofit affordable housing development organization based in Washington DC that has been serving low and moderate-income families, assisting them to fulfill the dream of homeownership. Since 1982, Manna Inc. has created and preserved nearly 1,000 units of affordable housing for low and moderate-income DC residents. 

Manna Inc.’s mission is to empower individuals, strengthen families and foster sustainable communities in Washington, DC by collaborating with stakeholders to create quality affordable housing for lower-income families, to support and train families both before and after they purchase their homes, and to foster community and economic development activities.
