At Maurer Law, we have significant experience in pursuing complex civil cases from the initial investigative phase all the way to trial. We are uniquely positioned to take on powerful corporations and insurance companies in claims involving injury, death, and fraud claims.  

All cases--especially those against powerful adversaries--involve a relentless search for the truth. Whether this involves the use of digital forensics, experts, old fashioned boots-on-the-ground investigative work, or (most often) a combination of different strategies, Mr. Maurer loves nothing more than finding evidence that was not supposed to be found. This dogged determination has often led to remarkable results for our clients and potential criminal liability for wrongdoers. 

In short, we have a passion for justice. Regardless of the "size" of a case, we seek to make a difference for our clients, and we do everything we can to make sure that our client's voice is heard loud and clear.

Mr. Maurer's passion for justice began long before he founded Maurer Law in 2014, including prior experience as an insurance defense lawyer, criminal prosecutor, police detective, and private investigator. All of this experience has led Mr. Maurer to where he is today: leveling the playing field and pursuing justice for clients, one at a time.

Mr. Maurer is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Florida and is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
