Sustainability Leader Meliora Design is a small, sustainability-focused civil engineering firm with a track record in water resources, site design, and LEED-related projects, presenting opportunities to expand work with government, universities, and developers pursuing green infrastructure.

Recent Projects Recent wins include a 19,000 SF LEED Silver recreation center and a stormwater retrofit at a park that earned an Environmental Stewardship Award, signaling capability to handle public-facing, standards-driven projects that require comprehensive civil and site engineering.

Public Sector Access Active engagement with government agencies and universities suggests a pathway to procurement opportunities, especially for stormwater management, campus master planning, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.

Strategic Partnerships As a registered Women’s Business Enterprise with mid-Atlantic reach, Meliora can leverage supplier diversity programs and collaborative bids with larger primes seeking diverse, sustainable engineering partners.

Growth Signals Revenue in the low-to-mid multi-million range and strategic hires indicate capacity for larger or more complex projects; target expansion could focus on integrated services across civil, structural, and water resources for medium-to-large clients.
