Mercer Design Group (MDG) is a full service Civil and Structural engineering firm with projects throughout North Carolina.   Our company was formed in 2003 and has experienced steady growth.  Our staff consists of professionals from varied backgrounds and experiences.  We pride ourselves on exemplary service and design solutions that are cost effective for our clients and are well thought out and executed.

Our clients consist of private entities, developers, builders, corporations, industries and municipalities. 

The cornerstone of our business model is our employee and client retention.  The majority of our staff has been with the firm for more that half of the firm’s existence.  This ensures continuity in our design team and success for our clients.  Client retention is also paramount and our senior staff stays in frequent communication with our clients to ensure that their needs and deadlines are met.
