Regan Law, LLC is a boutique law firm working with businesses and individuals. We help businesses with their required filings as well as any litigation matters that may arise within the normal course of business and helps them avoid litigation in the first place. Our business clients utilize our services for the due diligence required in mergers and acquisitions, as well as for the drafting and negotiations of the deals. We help individuals pass their assets on to future generations through estate planning mechanisms, such as wills, trusts and powers of attorneys. We help the heirs of our clients to receive the assets that were intended by our clients to go to them. We will take the appropriate steps to protect our clients, whether it is through litigation or negotiation. At Regan Law, LLC we believe that the place to start in any legal matter is with the client and the preferred outcome they would like. When talking with clients it is important to us to try and understand the entire picture, not just the legal matter that is concerning the client at that time. Much like a doctor needs to know all of the symptoms of a patient we need to know all of the situations that have led to this particular legal matter. It is the focus of the firm to ensure that we not only take care of the immediate issue but to also try and help prevent any future legal matters. We believe that there is more than one way to take care of legal matters and strive to find the most efficient and thorough approach to each and every situation. Regan Law, LLC is not strictly bound by the billable hour and is open to varies fee arrangements, such as flat fees, to try and find the fee arrangement that will best fit the client and situation.
