This social media site constitutes a limited public forum. NBU reserves the right to remove content that violates the terms of this policy or any applicable law.  Specifically, NBU reserves the right to delete any posting that contains the following:

A third offense from the account will result in a message indicating the account will be blocked from the NBU social media, unless otherwise agreed to by NBU.
