Newsight Imaging is an Israeli semiconductor startup founded in 2016 with the goal of making 3D technology accessible for mass market applications across many industries: from Automotive, Industry 4.0, Smart City & Robotics to Water Safety & Healthcare. Newsight is a designer, developer, and manufacturer of advanced 3D CMOS sensor chips and spectral sensors – from chip to full sensing unit. As Newsight continues to grow, it is planning to incorporate its technology in self-designed, developed, and manufactured products.

Since incorporation, Newsight have released 5 types of chips to the market, and will shortly introduce the highly anticipated NSI9000 chip. This chip provides an ultimate depth resolution of close to 500 thousand pixels and has already gained a lot of buzz and excitement from potential users and big industry leaders.

Newsight’s Spectral business unit specializes in creating unique spectral sensing sensors that enable lab-quality analysis, available in the palm of your hands. The technology has resulted in the launching of 2 JV's – Virusight and Watersight - based on Newsight's Technology, both with highly respected governmental companies.
