Design and Construction Standards Development
Develop Design and Construction Standards for hotel chains, covering 3, 4 and 5 star plus products. These standards would establish acceptable standards for Architectural, Engineering and systems design for hotels.

Space Programs
Enumerate required hotel spaces (indoor and outdoor) and their physical dimensions, with additional information that conveys how spaces are different from one another and how to construct them. Describe the general arrangement of spaces and their relationship to the site, including critical circulation and functional issues. 

Design (Reviews)
Develop all types of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Building Services Designs complete with related construction specifications. Carry out Peer Reviews for Clients, for example to ensure a design meets Brand Standards or to provide the Monitoring of Detailed Design being completed by a Developer’s Design and Build Contractor.

Due Diligence Surveys / Engineering Audits
Carry out Due Diligence Condition Surveys to Dilapidations, and Surveys for potential acquisitions.

Hotel Commissioning / Openings  
Provide guidance for co-ordination between the team completing the Construction / Refurbishment project and the Hotel Operational Staff and their training. Establish a pre-opening count down schedule and provide certification to render the process more seamless.  

Property Operation & Maintenance
Provide guidance for Planned Preventive Maintenance programs; Fire and Life Safety programs; Energy and Water Management programs
