All team members participate in continuous education & learning the 'Nuuvo Way' of hairstyling, which codifies our business practices into trackable key performance indicators, which is not typically seen in hair salon operations.

Founder Raychel Harrison implemented many eco-friendly initiatives … we have the 1st of its kind 'refill station' where clients can refill their empty product bottles. We are certified as a Green Circle Salon, so we're 95% waste free, which means we repurpose and recycle everything from hair color, foils, color tubes, aerosol cans, paper and plastics - 

Salon Nuuvo is certified by the City of Calabasas as a Green Business, a distinction only offered to six local businesses.
