The OilTrap ElectroPulse System is our technology that utilizes electrocoagulation for removing suspended solids, emulsifications, oil & grease, and heavy metals from water. ElectroPulse is a progressive wastewater treatment process that ionizes particles with electric currents, to separate contaminants and oxidize heavy metals. Contaminants within the water attract, become buoyant, and the result is clear water with a thin floating layer of debris. The OilTrap system automatically transfers these contaminants to a dewatering system allowing water to drain from the solids, for reuse or safe legal disposal. Some of the industries currently benefitting from our ElectroPulse technology include: heavy equipment rental and auction facilities, marinas and boat yards, forest products processors, distribution centers and transportation departments, aggregate and mining facilities, metal finishing and deburring, and waste transportation locations.
