Overload Services, Inc. (OSI) is a software support company specializing in support, maintenance, data conversion, and database hosting for the SmartPlant Instrumentation, Electrical, and P&ID products. Our 10,000 square foot office in Houston, TX consists of the following departments: support, training and data-center. - OSI started its principal business in 1998 focusing on personnel placement, and INtools specialization (SmartPlant Instrumentation), support, training, and sales. - In the year 2001, OSI expanded its business by signing a contract as a PP&M Services provider for the Intergraph Corporation adding additional training, data migration services, and support for SmartPlant Instrumentation, Electrical, and P&ID. - OSI currently employs people with experience in Intergraph software, IT, Sales, Training, and Data Migration Services. OSI’s qualifications are in the Support, Training, Database Hosting, and Data Migration services that are ongoing and have been completed for various clients in the petrochemical industry. OSI has completed many data migration projects, has trained many clients, and currently supports many clients who use and are in need of support for the SmartPlant products. We currently have various clients that are hosting databases with us at our hosting center. OSI has made it a top priority to maintain flexible schedules and to adhere to the requirements of its clients and will provide services for those clients to help them meet their project needs.
