Established in 2009 Paradigm Drilling Services was born with the vision to develop a strong core business based around traditional BHA equipment (Stabilisers, Collars, Hole-Openers etc) with both manufacture, service / repair and rental to the global oil and gas industry. In addition to this the company was also structured as a largely self-funding technology incubator, investing in key personnel and engineering resources, capable of delivering game changing drilling technology. The company holds a multi-million pound stock of rental assets and operates from a custom built facility just outside Aberdeen. The combination of OCTG CNC Lathes and Milling Machines, a specialist welding centre and in-house design and sustaining engineering gives a unique holistic capability to support all the on-going activities. Currently the customer base extends from the core home market in the UKCS to East and West Africa, Scandinavia, Europe, The Middle East, FSU and as far afield as Latin America. The combination of high quality equipment, a firmly service based culture and innovative engineering proving to be strong drivers for both growth and internationalisation.
