Small team, high touch Paradyn Technology is a micro-sized IT services and consulting provider with a focus on hands‑on client support and flexible engagement models. This presents an opportunity to position as a personalized, cost-effective partner for SMBs or schools seeking tailored problem-solving plans and scalable support.

Upsell managed services Current offering includes regular on-site visits and remote maintenance; there is potential to formalize and expand managed services packages (monitoring, security, backups, and proactive maintenance) to create recurring revenue from existing capabilities.

Education and SMB focus Experience supporting schools and businesses suggests a market entry point in educational institutions and small to mid-size enterprises seeking practical IT roadmaps, implementation, and ongoing support—opportunities for targeted outreach and case studies.

Tech stack optimization Proficiency with WordPress, Google Workspace, Nginx/OpenResty, and lightweight Linux (Gentoo) enables cost-conscious hosting, migration, and optimization projects. This can be pitched to clients needing secure, high-performance web and collaboration platform setups.

Funding and growth signals With revenue under one million and a lean team, Paradyn can pursue strategic partnerships, subcontracting opportunities with larger IT services players, or co-delivery arrangements to scale capabilities while maintaining agility.
