Medesto is the space between patients and everyone else.
We built an intelligent patient engagement platform that connects patients to care teams and care teams to each other. Medesto integrates with EHRs and pharmacy systems, automates the outreach that keeps patients on therapy, and captures real-time feedback on how treatments are actually working.
Two products. One system. Pulse gives patients a simple mobile experience: reminders, check-ins, education, messaging, e-signatures. No app download, no login barriers. Bridge gives care teams a unified command center: real-time alerts, patient trending, population views, and built-in intelligence that answers questions on demand.
Every patient interaction in Pulse flows back to Bridge as structured data. Every alert in Bridge can trigger action through Pulse. The loop closes itself.
We serve specialty and retail pharmacies, providers, clinical care facilities, payors, PBMs, and pharma manufacturers. The result is the same for all of them: better adherence, earlier interventions, and measurable impact across clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
