Perini Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tutor Perini Corporation, specializing in design-build construction for U.S. federal agencies, both in the U.S. and Worldwide. Worldwide Construction Expertise - PMSI has successfully constructed many logistically challenging projects in over 70 countries. Many of these projects are located in underdeveloped countries and/or remote locations and we have developed the expertise to plan, schedule and mobilize materials, equipment and labor to successfully execute construction under the most difficult conditions. 

Design-Build Expertise - The majority of our task order work over the past 20 years has been for design-build construction. In the execution of more than $2.5 billion in design-build projects, we have developed management practices that enable us to work closely and efficiently with a number of design firms to deliver facilities that meet our clients’ specified requirements and budgets.
