In 1982 Karen Cucci and Melissa Lally combined their talents as experienced managers and consultants to create Personnel Directions, Inc., a Minnesota based direct hire search firm specializing in the placement of administrative support staff. Recruiting specialties include all areas of administrative support, including: administrative/executive assistants, legal secretaries, paralegals, receptionists, finance and accounting support.
