Phoenix 2.0, is a full-service IT consulting and management firm.  We help our clients run more efficient and profitable businesses by leveraging technology for business outcomes; we do this by providing day-to-day IT management and support for Bay Area organizations ranging in size from a dozen employees e.g. a small law firm or financial services boutique, all the way to Middle Market companies with hundreds of users. We also provide project-based consulting services, interim and fractional IT leadership and staff augmentation. Besides Managed IT Services, we have deep expertise and a commitment to managing Cyber Risk and DevOps consulting. Our motto is "IT without the drama" and is derived from a continuous improvement, no fault mentality, and an approach to service delivery based on our core values and a process playbook formed by years in Enterprise IT and Business. Our other clients are tech startups, companies in the life sciences and energy storage (i.e. anyone with a lab environment), not-for-profits, and manufacturing operations who have a presence in the Bay Area. We enjoy working with smaller not-for-profits and large tech clients alike, our key requirement is that our clients value technology and its capability to transform their organization and realize that they're not well-equipped to figure it all out on their own.
