Founded in 1961, Pierce Associates, Inc. is one of the most prominent mechanical construction firms in the Washington metropolitan area. During our long history, our annual volume of work has often ranked within the top 50 for all mechanical firms nationwide. What makes us unique is our ability to perform the full range of mechanical construction functions within our own forces, including sheet metal, steamfitting, and plumbing work.
