Our Morse Drive facility started as a 10,000 square foot manufacturing space in 1989 and has grown to its current size of 42,000 square feet. Originating from 3 presses to now 47 fully developed manufacturing cells and a tooling machine; current press sizes range from 35 tons up to 500 tons. The Bunsen Drive facility represents one of only a few “lights-out” manufacturing operations in the world. The patented, state of the art system is performed without the need for human operators or separate vehicles. 20 manufacturing cells with machine capacity from 55 tons to 150 tons operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, while producing 400,000,000 defect-free parts since its opening in 2011.
