Founded in 1974 by the Notarius family with the opening of its modest store in Buffalo, New York, Premier Gourmet quickly grew into a multi-channel retailer of gourmet and specialty foods, high-end kitchenware, in-store roasted coffee, gift baskets, and premium craft beer.

Now, in it's brand new 6,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility, Premier Gourmet is poised to share it's passion for incomparable food and housewares to an even larger audience.
