Progressive was founded by Bridget S. Morello, P.E. and Gregory J. Rorech, P.E. in 1999, with the mission of providing cost-effective engineering, environmental and land/construction management services to private and public clients nationwide.  Our highly qualified staff of Licensed Professionals (licensed in 19 states) includes Professional Engineers, Professional Geologists, and a Florida Licensed General Contractor. Our headquarters is located in Tampa, Florida, and we have a project satellite office in Clinton, Michigan.    

Progressive is a FDOT-certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), a Florida-Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a Woman-Owned Small Business.
