Niche MEP Focus RDH Engineering is a small, specialized mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering firm that can leverage its depth in building systems to pursue targeted project opportunities in mid-size commercial, healthcare, and institutional sectors where design efficiency and reliability are valued.

Tech-Driven Delivery With a technology-forward stance and tools like Google Cloud, Sentry, and Bootstrap, RDH can position itself to win bids that require modern digital design processes, BIM-enabled coordination, and robust performance monitoring—appealing to clients seeking streamlined collaboration and lower risk.

Relationship Seller The firm emphasizes long-lasting customer relationships and trust. This presents an opportunity to target repeat-commission scenarios such as multi-project campus facilities, retrofits, or facility upgrades where a proven partner can optimize lifecycle costs.

Revenue Growth Potential Current revenue range ($1M-$10M) alongside a lean team suggests opportunities to pursue scope expansions, add-on services, or partnerships with larger firms for subcontracting on larger projects, including integrated MEP deliverables for mid-market programs.

Competitive Positioning Position RDH as a agile, cost-conscious alternative to large AEC firms for clients needing focused MEP expertise with faster decision cycles, making it a compelling choice for owners, contractors, or developers seeking value without the overhead of big firms.
