We are an all service Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection/Life Safety engineering firm with many years of experience working in New Jersey and New York with various projects in New York City specifically. Our expertise primarily lay in High and Low-rise Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Hospitality, Commercial Kitchen and Retail projects. Our approach is different because we do not only design for safety and efficiency to meet the latest applicable national and local code requirements, we design with our clients in mind. We strive to create an experience the end users will truly value and enjoy. We allow our clients to let their imagination run wild, then we take their concepts, and through our years of experience, guide them so we as a team can deliver the best possible design and experience that fit within the budget of the project.
