RE Systems Group, Inc. (“RSG”) was formed in 1984 to provide the reinsurance and insurance industries with a new generation of low cost, flexible and state-of the-art software packages. Market analysis at the time showed that all of the available packaged software was based on high cost, inflexible and dated programming languages which required very expensive computers.
