Services and Experience

With lifetimes of experience in the construction industry, Realm’s project team has a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from conception through delivery. Beginning with pre-construction services commencing as early as lot selection, our relationships with designers, consultants, building jurisdictions, and subcontractors provides for seamless delivery at every stage of the process.
Unique from many of its competitors, Realm Constructors understands the value of Principal participation to the success of every project.  With the President of the company involved at every stage of construction, clients receive enhanced service and a superior project.

Sustainability Initiatives

Realm’s President Kurt Stitser is a LEED Accredited Professional who has completed projects achieving both Gold and Silver certifications.  He also has extensive experience working on projects designed to conform to LEED standards as established by the U.S. Green Building Council.  This experience is integrated into the construction of all projects with regards to design, material selections, and system components.  The intent is to minimize the environmental impact of construction projects within our community.
