Recruit Up, LLC was launched in 2010 by Laura Myers. The consulting firm was founded on the idea that recruiting is not immune to innovation. By implementing an hourly fee structure, our client partners have access to the team’s expertise without the hefty price tag of traditional contingency or retained search firms.

Since its inception, the firm’s client base has broadened the industries it serves to also include consumer products, IT services, retail, and commercial products. In a short time, Recruit Up has expanded to include five additional recruiters to serve its growing client portfolio.
