Red Oak Legal, P.C. is a law firm focusing primarily on helping families with Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Civil Litigation matters. 

Attorney G. Stephen Wiggins began practicing law in Tuscaloosa, Alabama upon his admission to the Alabama State Bar in 1977.  In more than forty years of practice, Steve has handled a broad range of matters for both corporate and individual clients, including civil litigation and appeals as well as estate planning and other transactional work. 

While continuing to maintain a selective litigation practice, Mr. Wiggins has increasingly focused his efforts on estate planning, elder law, and probate matters.  

In 2010 he was joined by his son, Attorney Raley L. Wiggins, and together they founded Red Oak Legal, P.C. in 2013, with offices in Tuscaloosa and Montgomery.

Raley L. Wiggins has focused his practice in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Civil Litigation and and Probate work.  He has served as Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Alabama State Bar, and advises both individual clients and corporate healthcare clients regarding Elder Law issues, including issues regarding legal capacity, probate matters, and Medicaid eligibility.
