Resicon Property Marketing, Sales and Investment Development Trading Company was established in real estate sector, which is the driving force of economic growth in Turkey, by Aybars Kizilsencer for giving residence consultancy, especially in residential project development, marketing and sales areas between May 2013 and December 2018 

• Providing consulting services for Sales-Marketing, After Sales and Project Development.
• Implementing an effective Sales Pipeline and giving Lead Generation/Management advisory for companies.
• Acting as a “key contact” for large customer accounts and VIP customers for companies.
• Setting up meetings with prospective customers to sell/lease the companies’ residential and commercial units.
• Keeping a close eye on the sales activities of competitors with consumer trends and utilizing ideas for companies.
• Planning, managing and forecasting “multi-channel” marketing campaigns and sales operations budgets for companies.
• Reporting results of sales performance against marketing budget to the companies’ shareholders on a monthly basis.
• Implementing, managing; “CRM & CDP” marketing platforms and Call Center operations.
• Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate and manage Sales-Marketing teams for companies.
