• Providing consulting services for Sales-Marketing, After Sales and Project Development.
• Implementing an effective Sales Pipeline and giving Lead Generation/Management advisory for companies.
• Acting as a “key contact” for large customer accounts and VIP customers for companies.
• Setting up meetings with prospective customers to sell/lease the companies’ residential and commercial units.
• Keeping a close eye on the sales activities of competitors with consumer trends and utilizing ideas for companies.
• Planning, managing and forecasting “multi-channel” marketing campaigns and sales operations budgets for companies.
• Reporting results of sales performance against marketing budget to the companies’ shareholders on a monthly basis.
• Implementing, managing; “CRM & CDP” marketing platforms and Call Center operations.
• Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate and manage Sales-Marketing teams for companies.
