I humbly have my own award-nominated career and life resiliency/motivational speaking and writing business. I also partner with other behavioral services and management consulting organizations worldwide.

My work with corporations and individuals worldwide focuses on the bottom-line return on investment value career and life resiliency has in the workplace and life. 

I also have written more than 120 articles and six e-books on all types of resiliency we face everyday at work and life. My writing has appeared in newspapers and on my www.resiliencyfirst.com web site, which has been read by millions of folks worldwide. 

My site also has been ranked one of the top four personal branding sites in the US. Additionally, I have appeared on several national radio talk shows speaking on everything resilient in our lives.

As a person with a life-long physical disability (Cerebral Palsy), I highlight strategies and programming to overcome life and work obstacles in our face-paced world. I have communicated my messages to government organizations, for-profit companies, hospitals, colleges, schools, disability groups, associations, career groups and rotaries.

I was a communications executive for nearly 30 years with Fortune 500 companies like Medtronic, and other industry leaders as Opus Corporation and the National Marrow Donor Program.
