Rex-Cut is the oldest and primary manufacturer of cotton-fiber abrasive grinding and finishing products in the world. Our cotton-fiber products are manufactured with our signature abrasive material that can debur and finish and grind and blend, in just one step. This technology also allows for cooler operation, no loading, less chatter, and superior surface finishes. This abrasive material is manufactured right in our Fall River, Massachusetts plant, making all of our cotton fiber products Made in the USA.

Our products are engineered for use on stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, and exotic metals. In addition to cotton fiber abrasives, we offer many other specialty products for use on a variety of grinding, deburring, blending, and finishing applications. 

Rex-Cut offers premium Mounted Points, Type 1 Wheels, Type 27 Wheels, Quick Change Discs, Finishing Sticks, Cut-Off Wheels, Flap Discs, and Specialty Kits. Each product in our line offers our worldwide customer network time saving solutions.
