RFE was founded by Robert F. Eynck, P.E., President, in 2003 and provides a wide-range of civil engineering services for commercial, residential and public projects including the preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs).  RFE also offers a wide range of land surveying services including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, construction staking, easement preparation as well as ALTA/ACSM surveys. 

RFE Engineering, Inc. obtained SBE status in 2004 with the California Department of General Services, DBE/MBE status with Caltrans in 2007 and was certified as an 8(a) firm by the Small Business Administration in July 2010.  In addition, RFE is a Minority Business Enterprise with the California Public Utilities Commission.
