RG Technology Solutions, LLC, is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, that works closely with clients that require computer hardware, software and service.  It's top vendors include, but are not limited to, Dell, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Intuit, Symantec and private online backup.
RG Technology was founded January 1, 2008 by Randy Weiss and Greg Burnett, as a technology reseller and service provider.  Partners had different ideas on business direction and went separate ways a year later with Greg Burnett retaining 100% ownership.
RG Technology once relied on an older model of servicing clients similar to a firehouse - i.e., if a client's computer, printer or network was not working, a service appointment was made and a repair was made.  It took approximately three years to break from this mode of operation and move into a managed information technology services direction.
In 2013 the company took the directive to dive in and give back to its community.  Management of hardware and software appears to always be a way to job security, but it didn't feel like they were truly "servicing" their community.  So, the founder set out on a mission - figure out the biggest divide, the biggest piece out of reach of the everyday user and fulfill it.
It appeared there weren't many service providers doing the basic services that every household should be doing.  Simple things like using a decent antivirus software and backing up important data.  Service providers were so busy going after business users that the home users got the short end of the stick.  That was about to change and near the end of 2013, RG Technology began servicing the retail market as a primary mode of operation.
The current focus has the company working side by side with schools, non-profits and churches ensuring they receive the absolute best deal, a deal the company profits absolutely nothing - nothing but a great feeling serving folks worldwide.
