Ricochet Group LLC is a specialized marketing and management consulting firm. Ric Wanetik and David Hagans formed Ricochet to help nonprofit organizations face increasing challenges: accountability with growth; changes in mission; leadership transitions; the need for new funding sources; and the desire for distinct and clear message communication. Our fifteen years of success with nonprofit organizations here and abroad led us to work with leaders in higher education and offer an alternative to traditional university consultancies.  We have provided crisis strategy and immediate tactical actions to University presidents and chairman, helped University Presidents role out change and prepared executive committees and deans to be successful with changes, completely restructured university boards and advisory councils, provided messaging for Presidents and others to respond to student and/or faculty demands, prepare presidents for press, community forums, faculty panels and inaugural plans and speeches and retirement announcements and role-outs. Universities include Harvard, Ohio State, Kenyon and St. Bonaventure, among others.  

Ric is best known for his work in leadership transitions at the National Theatre of Great Britiain and as the American Adviser and institutional strategist at the Royal Shakespeare Company for over ten years.

He is now using his lifelong passion and participation in theater, especially Broadway to found a company responding to the needs of the investor-leads, investors, co-producers and lead producers capitalizing Broadway shows every year.
