Ringstar is a physical arts studio dedicated to promoting movement for healthy bodies and minds. We offer classes and workshops in a wide variety of disciplines ranging from acro yoga to stage combat, circus arts to fire dance. While our roster is always changing, classes and workshops we have hosted or are currently hosting include aerial silks for youth and adults, hoop dance, self defense, props manipulation, poi spinning, and private lessons. Our facility is well-equipped to accommodate the diverse needs of many movement styles and includes martial arts flooring, a mirror wall, aerial rig points, theater lighting, sound system, bath facilities, and food prep area. The studio is also available for rent for private practice sessions, rehearsals, and parties. For those who already practice a physical art and who just need time and space in which to hone their skills, Ringstar offers Open Gym times as well as the Pro Studio Program for the most dedicated artists.
