Like most great things (and a few bad things), it started over drinks…an idea that friends with 40 years of combined talent acquisition and generalist human resources experience can join together to serve customers’ talent needs better than anyone else, because we’d have fun doing it.

And while we couldn’t agree on who would pick up the bar tab that night…it culminated in the reality that is Risus Talent Partners.

Risus (R-EYE-Sus) is Latin for “laughter.” Risus Talent Partners is English for “Your talent challenges are important; let’s partner to solve them.”
