RMA is a real estate investment management firm that provides investors access to private real estate investments. We invest across multiple property types in top-tier markets throughout the United States.

Since inception in 2007, RMA has invested in over 80 real estate direct investments and funds. RMA currently manages investments in real estate valued at over $3 billion. We create value through capital investment, structure, repositioning and the implementation of diverse strategies. We mitigate risk through asset selection, due diligence, asset management and experience.

Our investment strategy is designed to work in all economic cycles and is not solely dependent on market appreciation. RMA focuses on investing in middle-market real estate transactions where we can take advantage of asset and market inefficiencies. We invest primarily in top-tier markets based on a history of stability and low volatility with prospects for long-term growth. We invest across a broad spectrum of property types, with an emphasis on multi-family, office, industrial, retail and senior housing properties.

We operate commingled funds and separately managed accounts on behalf of wealth management institutions, endowments, family offices and accredited individuals. RMA has offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
