Aviation Services Strength RVA is a specialized aviation services provider with a long track record in air traffic control operations, CNS/ATM studies, and maintenance of ATC communications systems, serving the FAA, private entities, and government customers. This positions them as a turnkey partner for ATC infrastructure projects, safety studies, and security planning.

Government-Focused Revenue A significant portion of RVA’s client base includes federal, state, and foreign government agencies, plus military maintenance contracts. This indicates recurring, government-backed revenue streams and potential for expansion in FAA programs, National Guard/Army aviation support, and defense-related CNS/ATM initiatives.

Quality and Safety Edge RVA holds ISO 9001:2008 certification with an embedded Safety Management System and SMS-trained leadership, underscoring a commitment to process quality and safety. This differentiates RVA in highly regulated aviation programs and can reduce risk for large, safety-critical projects.

Operations Footprint With 97 air traffic control towers and multiple non-federal and Army tower operations, RVA demonstrates broad operational capabilities and a scalable workforce. This suggests capacity for adding new towers, expanding maintenance services, and ramp tower operations at major airports.

Tech-Enabled Services RVA leverages modern tech tools (IBM Cognos Analytics, Azure, Office 365, Teams, iCIMS, Piwik PRO) for analytics, collaboration, and talent management. This tech maturity can support data-driven proposals, performance dashboards for contracts, and streamlined hiring for expansion in new programs.
