Rosetta Bakery is a premier Italian bakery built on craftsmanship, culture, and everyday indulgence. Founded by four longtime friends, Massimiliano Bagno, Alessandro Barbera, Tommaso Bulfon, and Ambrogio Calcaterra and we bring the flavors of Italy to the U.S. through traditional techniques, chefs trained in Italy, and ingredients sourced directly from our homeland. We celebrate the small rituals of Italian life: your morning cappuccino, a sweet afternoon pastry, and the joy of sharing good food. Our signature open-kitchen “live menu” concept invites guests to experience our freshly baked bombolone, focaccia, and artisanal breads made daily, right before their eyes. Since opening our first bakery in Miami nearly 10 years ago, we’ve expanded to New York, New Jersey, Orlando, and Atlanta, with more locations on the way.
