Rule was created to offer professional environmental engineering, and safety, health and industrial hygiene consulting services to industry. Rule’s staff of registered engineers, certified safety professionals, professional geologists, certified industrial hygienists and technical specialists recognizes the need for services to meet the client’s business expectations by solving technical, environmental or safety issues to: • Develop, implement and trouble shoot environmental and safety programs and management systems; • Prepare applications and audit air, water and waste permits; • Perform environmental and safety compliance inspections; • Conduct site assessments and soil/groundwater/surface water investigations; • Conduct spill response oversite and closure; • Provide OSHA compliance and competent person training; • Prepare risk assessments and develop risk control management plans; • Install and operate soil and groundwater remediation systems; • Close contaminated sites under RCRA, CERCLA, O&G, UST and voluntary programs; and • Advocate client interests to regulatory agencies, the community and the courts.
