SAI Engineering Incorporated, headquartered in Woodbridge, Virginia, is a mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering consulting and design firm established in northern Virginia in 1996.  The two new principals have over 30 years combined experience (A licensed Mechanical Engineer-PE, and a licensed Electrical Engineer-PE).  Our two retired founding principals, have over sixty years collective experience.  SAI Engineering's total project experience is broad based representing design of educational, commercial, institutional, hospitality, retail and medical buildings. As engineering specialists, we can serve all the MEP systems needs that inevitably arise in construction or renovation and throughout the life of a building.
