As a non-profit organization, our providers’ only goal is to help you get well and stay healthy.  Our status as a Community Health Center ensures that our staff will do everything to help eliminate the financial barriers between your family and the care they need, including a Sliding Fee Scale program.  We have medical clinics in Cook, Tower, Bigfork, Big Falls, Northome, and Floodwood.  We also have Dental clinics in Cook, Tower, Bigfork, and Floodwood.
