We’re settle, a resident-focused housing association. Working in communities across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and South Cambridgeshire, we provide more than 23,000 residents in over 10,000 households with a place to call home. A housing association that puts residents first, we know that everyone is different, so we ensure that we provide a service that is as individual as our residents are. We are a team of around 300 colleagues with a wide range of experience working in the housing sector and beyond. What connects us is our passion for social housing and the power it has to transform people's lives.
Leading the team is our exec, who work together to shape our strategy and help guide the direction of the organisation. They ensure that every area of settle is in tune with the rest and working effectively so that each team plays its part in contributing to our overarching purpose and delivering the best possible outcomes for residents.
