Shared Systems Technology was founded in 1993 as a refractory installation company which through years of excellent service, customer relations, and an outstanding safety record, has expanded from one office in NJ to several offices across the United States.  We are a Certified Woman Based Enterprise (WBE) Specialty Contractor who provides our customers with a team of highly trained union personnel for each job.  Through the talents of our experienced workforce which includes API and ACI certified Supervisors, we offer competitive and cost effect solutions for our customers in the areas of Refractory/Brick Installations, Fireproofing, Stud-welding, Secondary Containments, Concrete Restorations, Civil, Specialty Coatings, Sandblasting, Epoxy injections, Pressure grouting, Building restorations and General building maintenance. In addition to serving our domestic clients with proven results in customer satisfaction, quality performance and verified safety compliance (2008 EMR = .49 and 1.5 Million man-hours without a lost time incident) SST has performed work in Aruba, Lithuania, Canada, and Africa.
