Sherburne County is one of the fastest-growing counties in the State of Minnesota with a population of more than 93,000. State demographers expect that the county’s population will grow by 73% between 2010 and 2035 and that the labor force is projected to grow by 63%.

Sherburne County sits between two of the fastest-growing population centers in the state, the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area and St. Cloud.  Excellent commuter rail and bus service has contributed to rapid residential growth in Sherburne County.
