Sherman College of Chiropractic is a higher education institution located in Boiling Springs, South Carolina. It educates students in the philosophy of chiropractic, the basic and clinical sciences, the research and science of vertebral subluxation, and clinical practice, with the aim of preparing graduates to practice as primary health care providers with competency and integrity. The college is supported by a faculty with an international network of chiropractors. Its facilities have expanded to include multiple buildings and a Chiropractic Health Center that sees more than 30,000 patient visits annually.

The school has more than 3,000 alumni. In February 2026 Sherman College and the University of South Carolina Upstate signed an articulation agreement to establish an undergraduate internship program, expanding experiential learning opportunities for USC Upstate students.
