Shimon Presents specializes in music festival staffing and operations consulting. We offer a variety of event labor programs designed to maximize labor efficiency across all event departments through a bird's eye fan labor management system. Our programs focus on reducing the cost of labor by utilizing fans of the event, to perform event services in exchange for an event ticket. We offer both volunteer and FanStaff (paid) staffing programs.  All programs are operated expertly operated with proprietary online and cloud-based tools for professional branding and program management, from pre-event to post-event.

In addition to our fan labor management, we also provide fun and interactive activities and activations between fans and event performers, including game shows, workshops, and unique activities built specifically for the performing artist or crowd genre. Our activities have been featured at hundreds of events across the Caribbean, as a part of the Cloud 9 Adventures destination events, featuring activations with artists such as Zac Brown Band, Skrillex, My Morning Jacket, and many others.
