The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale is a local government authority in Western Australia, based in Mundijong. It serves a rural, agricultural district on the northern edge of the Peel Region, about 45 kilometers southeast of Perth, covering 921 square kilometers of forested hills, wetlands and wilderness; the shire currently has more than 31,000 residents with projected growth to exceed 68,000 by 2036.
