ShortTrack was first built in response to managing the distressed real estate market in 2009. In 2011, the direct operations of the Midwest’s two largest title companies began using ShortTrack’s software. Since then, ShortTrack has continued its mission to make it simple for all stakeholders to collaborate securely in a transaction. In pioneering the connection between real estate and title, ShortTrack integrated with the real estate software applications dotloop, DocuSign Rooms, SkySlope, and zipLogix, and connected them to title software industry leaders RamQuest, ResWare, and SoftPro. The connection allows data and documents to move efficiently and securely, saving significant time and effort in ordering title. As our integrations have grown, ShortTrack middleware has become the industry leader in secure, comprehensive connectivity, connecting eSignature, eClosing, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), title search, fee engines, payments, and banking core software to title production systems.
