We set out to make beer to first and foremost drink the kind we wanted to, but couldn’t find. We craved authenticity, flavors, and only the best ingredients which when they came together, led to the birth of Simba. 
We prefer the artistry of crafting, nurturing, and exploring over the formulaic and rehearsed. We believe in finding new flavours, tastes, people their voices and the many ways in which they roar.

Our brewery is run by a small team of beer lovers, who care about quality and authenticity, much more than efficiency or scale. We've spent months scouting for the finest malts and hops, created experimental batches to perfect the flavor and thrown out all conventional wisdom. We hope you love our beers as much as we do.
