SKHOOP is a brand for active girls and women who want to dress warmly and comfortably in an easy and attractive way all year around.

SKHOOP was founded in Åre, northern Sweden, in 1999 by Sissi Kewenter and is primarily known for its insulated skirt, the iconic product that Sissi created after a particularly cold walk with her dog in changeable mountain weather.

The Original Skirt was launched in 2001 and was an instant success in fashion-conscious Åre. Word of the practical garment soon spread throughout Sweden and beyond.
Today the collection includes about 20 skirt models and SKHOOP also has jackets,
merino wool base-layer garments, accessories and more – both for winter and summer life.
